By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

All beverages are freshly prepared to order.

Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to handcrafted preparation.

Availability depends on ingredient availability and daily production capacity.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments

We currently accept:

  • PayNow QR (processed via AllinPay)

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Receipt of payment does not automatically constitute acceptance of an order.

As we are a home-based business preparing small batches, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. See our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if:

  • Ingredients become unavailable
  • Daily order capacity has been reached
  • Incorrect pricing is displayed
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Self-Collection

Orders are available strictly by self-collection.

Customers are responsible for collecting orders during their selected collection window. Full details are set out in our Self-Collection Policy.

Collection may require:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Payment reference
  • Order confirmation

Late Collection

Fresh beverages are intended for immediate consumption.

We cannot guarantee product quality for orders collected after the selected collection time.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images and designs belong to CAFE WOOYOO.

They may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, our liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the affected order.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
