We currently provide self-collection only.

Delivery services are not available.

Collection Verification

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Order confirmation
  • Payment reference

This ensures orders are released to the correct customer.

Third-Party Collection

Another person may collect on your behalf provided they have your order confirmation details.

Missed Collection

If you are unable to collect your order on time, please contact us as soon as possible.

As beverages are freshly prepared, we cannot guarantee quality after the selected collection window.

Orders left uncollected for an extended period may need to be discarded for food safety reasons.
